For one of our biggest clients, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Laravel/Vue.Js)

The client

Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing player in the global trade and recycling of non-ferrous metals. Our client is an important link in the global supply chain for recycled metal, linking local and regional suppliers of scrap metal to a professional and global network of scrap metal processors. The client has developed several applications for internal use by its employees, streamlining internal processes and facilitating workflows, as well as a customer portal that is used by thousands of clients every day for access to live metal prices and trading of metals. They are one of the largest scrap metal recyclers in Europe, selling renewable metal resources to smelters (factories) in the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, India, and China.

They are kicking off on building a brand-new team in the workplace of our Skopje office.

Experience & skills

• Min 3 years under your belt as a Full-stack developer
• You have strong knowledge of PHP/ Laravel
• You have experience with Vue.js
• Experience with Git

Considered a plus

• Experience with Docker
• Knowledge of Kubernetes

About the role and you:

As a Full Stack Developer (Laravel/Vue.Js), you will be working closely with our team from the Netherlands. We expect you to:

• Take responsibility for the development of the new scalable, service-oriented code
• Be a proactive person who is open to asking questions and sharing his ideas on how the system can be improved
• Help optimize the development process
• Do regular code reviews
• Have an interest in the technical background of things, are a pragmatic, precise, quick learner, team player, and have good communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Informatics and computer engineering or similar is considered a plus

Foreign languages

You will work directly with our client, so fluent English is required.
