The client

Our client Briq Bookings is part of the digital revolution in the leisure industry. With a team of 40 colleagues, they work hard on their mission to make it easier and more fun to book unique experiences online. Briq started in 2017 with online booking of go-kart heats and laser tag. Ever since, they’ve been working steadily on improving and expanding their sales and marketing technology for ambitious attractions and Family Entertainment Centers.

Briq works on solutions that provide every visitor with a VIP experience. Their smart booking engine processes hundreds of tailor-made bookings a day in Europe and the United States.

Experience & skills

  • Experience with lead generation including proficiency in Pipedrive / other CRM systems and lead gen Saas technology tools.
  • Show a proven track record achieving sales lead generation.
  • Ability to multitask daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills.


About you and the role

As Market Research Analyst you will be analyzing the market to enable the commercial team to accelerate in existing markets and support in opening new markets. Based on the business objectives you perform research on markets and quantify it to make it actionable. Creating overviews which leads to new insights is a crucial part of winning as a company. This means that you will be a vital element of the commercial team.

You will use all sorts of methods to collect data information and process this into the CRM (Pipedrive) and/or other systems. By trial and error you will become better and faster. Furthermore, there are many SaaS tools which we can use to optimize the process. You like to work with data and enjoy creating actionable insights.

This role is a great opportunity to start at Briq Bookings and get to know the product, the market and its potential customers. As you are part of the commercial team, it is important that you have strong communication skills and affinity with achieving commercial successes.



  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Perform valid and reliable market research and SWOT analysis
  • Collaboratively work with the commercial team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and processing leads
  • Use the CRM system (Pipedrive) and other technology to make leads actionable for the commercial team
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate data entry
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management


Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.


Foreign languages

  • You will also work directly with our client, so fluent English is required. Ideally you also speak other languages: German / French / Spanish.
