For one of our biggest clients, we are currently looking for a Team Lead .NET Full-stack Developer to join the team.

Experience & skills

• .Net 6.0 (C# 10)
• Blazor
• Rest (gRPC)
• Unit test with MS-Test, NUnit
• MSSQL, TSQL, LinqToSql
• Git
• Experience in setting up architecture on new projects
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps
• Integration testing/UI tests with Ranorex

About the role and you:

As a Team lead, we expect you to:

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 .NET engineers in Skopje, in an Agile environment
• You take a lead part in managing the re-write our existing desktop solution into a modern/scalable web application with a focus on developing new features
• Able to effectively provide reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
• You take responsibility for architecture & implementation
• You help break down user stories into technical tasks
• You will optimize the development process
• Have solid knowledge of design patterns
• Obey principles such as KISS and DRY to write easily understandable and maintainable code

You will be working in a highly motivated work environment where personal growth is highly encouraged. You’ll be working in direct communication with the Product Owner in defining and implementing the technical requirements.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Informatics and computer engineering or similar is considered a plus

Foreign languages

You will work directly with our client, so fluent English is required

Minimum B1 (Intermediate)
